Since I will be participating as a student-teacher, I might be able to document how participating in webheads has allowed me to design and moderate onlline courses for my students and maybe use:

1. The self-evaluation I wrote for last year's session:

http://www.geocities.com/dygonza/self_eval.html

I will update this page for our week 5 WIA session.

2. The web document where I show fragments of my students' chatlogs:

http://dygonza.esmartweb.com/evonline2003/chats/examples.htm

I will fix this page to look nicer

Daf

PS: This is my first "kind of serious" blog

Hi fellow users,

Our Multiblog has been updated. I’ve corrected the link to Vance’s page – thanks to Daf for the quick response – it is very easy to edit a message when you’ve logged in as “owner”.

Next, I’ve added one commented link with a quote from Aiden’s recent mail; this way, at least, I believe we can keep track of our activities. I should also go back and find my own latest mail and resume it in our multiblog -call it double posting, but as none of us are in the habit of checking this log daily, we may need both mail AND multiblog.

Please try to sign any entry (eventually just with your pen name) - for our own ablility to learn who did what, when, why etc. Postings can be private or public.

As you will login as owners, it is not possible to subscribe for changes – but I suppose that in case you open the page in Reader mode, you can sign up for receiving changes on the page.

Hope this will be of some use, somehow.

Sus

PS we can always decide to thin out a few older messages whenever they get irrelevant, ot just decide to re-edit and submit them as private, not public.

Aiden, you wrote to us about your new homepage for our TCC proposal, I'll allow myself to quote you here, and add the link below for your recent Bluetooth-enhanced presentation about Student perspectives on participating in webheads, a community of online language learners and teachers

Quoting Aiden: Hello guys,
It took me the whole night last night to search for the chat logs (vance with my students) Did find them anyways I've managed to put up a website for this using publisher and front page. I'm now starting to write something for the TCC based on these chatlogs and everything that i've done last semester (before my memory fails me). I'll send you my paper in a couple of days, and let's see how we could incorporate everything in one paper.

Comments, by Sus:
This is very fine and bulids up to our presentation very well. (Hopefully, I can shoot the bugs when opening (no image header, and weird types in my browser IE5 mac).
